On Burnout
Burnout is not the end of learning. It is where learning was never allowed to be yours.
An inquiry into depletion, relearning, and what comes after, part of Whole System Neuro-Endocrinology.
The SessionsOn depletion and relearning
For a long time, all I did was add: more courses, more ingredients, more pressure. Only later did I learn that the real work was removing, finding what was never mine to carry and setting it down.
Burnout, understood this way, is not a personal failure. It is a signal that the system around a person was never allowed to fit them. Relearning begins the moment that is allowed to become action.
